This research found that nearly 70 percent of boarding children continued to exercise during Ramadan with favorite time in the afternoon until the evening, both before breaking and afterwards. This time was chosen because the body will recharge when breaking the fast, while in the morning or afternoon energy reserves still need to be kept a lot so that the call to prayer echoes. Methodology
